Dynamic Building Inspections are available within all areas subject to availability.

How do I arrange an inspection?

Dynamic Building Inspections can directly liaise with a real estate agent to arrange a time to inspect the property and collect the keys on your behalf.

When will I receive my report?

Once an inspection has been conducted a report will be sent to you on the same day.

What payment method is preferred?

Payment can be made via direct debit bank transfer.

What areas will be covered in the inspection?

Interior & exterior will be inspection for a variety of known potential faults, including; Rising damp, structural faults & exterior drainage (for a full detailed list please see our Building Inspection page).
